Some call it delightfully crazy. Others, balm for the soul. Whatever you think of it, you can't ignore Kaapstad. For three days a year, a colorful group of artists takes over downtown Tilburg, and you encounter artworks, performances, and installations in unexpected places. According to artistic directors Anja Reinhardt and Sander van Bussel, you can even be a visitor without realizing it. A bit strange, but enjoyable.
